Individual Therapy

I offer individual therapy for adults navigating a range of emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma and life transitions.

  • My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you.

    To support my clients I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and integrative therapeutic approaches. I work with you to understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical strategies for change and gently process painful or distressing experiences from the past.

    My approach is also holistic which means; I take into account your culture, values, sexuality and where helpful, your faith. I believe healing is most effective when it honours all parts of who you are.

    Whether you’re looking to manage overwhelming emotions, break free from self-critical thinking or make sense of difficult life events, we will work together to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to the life you want to live.

Couple Therapy

Relationships can be a source of deep connection but they can also bring challenges, miscommunication and emotional strain. Whether you're feeling distant from your partner, stuck in repetitive patterns, or facing life stressors that are impacting your relationship, couples therapy offers a space to reflect, reconnect, and rebuild together.

  • I offer integrative couple therapy, including approaches from Couples Therapy for Depression (CTfD), which focuses on strengthening emotional bonds, improving communication and supporting each partner’s emotional wellbeing. We work together to identify unhelpful cycles, deepen understanding of each other’s needs and develop healthier ways of relating.

    This work is collaborative, compassionate and non-blaming. You’re not alone in navigating difficulties and change is possible.

My name is Leanne Jones and I am BABCP Accredited therapist offering evidence-based support that’s grounded in compassion, collaboration and curiosity. My approach is to walk alongside you, helping you explore life’s challenges, understand yourself more fully and move toward meaningful change.

I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and integrative approaches tailored to individual needs. I also provide therapy for couples using the Couple Therapy for Depression model, supporting partners to improve connection, communication and emotional understanding.

Over the past decade, I’ve supported people navigating a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, PTSD, OCD, panic, social and health anxiety, phobias and life transitions. I also have a special interest in perinatal mental health, supporting new and expecting parents during the emotional landscape of pregnancy and early parenthood.

Therapy with me is a collaborative space where your experiences are met with warmth and respect. Together, we work to understand what’s keeping you stuck, build practical tools to support your well-being and help you reconnect with what matters most in your life and relationships.
